Dr. Christyn Mai Phan
Dr. Phan graduated Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton. She practiced at a private practice in Westminster for several years, prior to her current practice. She was born in Vietnam and raised in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from the Oregon State University, with a degree in engineering. She worked for McDonnell Doughlas for several years as an engineer, prior to becoming an optometrist. She currently resides in Southern California, with her son. She also has an energetic Vizla, named Yahtzee. Beside practicing at Eye Q Optometry, Dr. Phan is also on staff at Nhan Hoa clinic, a non profit clinic in Garden Grove, California.

Tiffany
Tiffany is currently going to school for Art & Graphic Design. When she’s not at school painting or sketching on her little notepad, she is working part time at Eye Q Optometry, where she assists the eye doctor by preparing patients for vision examination, educating patients in care and treatment of contact lenses or glasses, helping patients in frame selection, maintaining clean instruments and inventory of materials, and much more.

Yvonne
Yvonne was born and raised in Orange County. She is the oldest member of the Eye Q team with the exception of Dr. Phan. Yvonne was employed at a local Lee’s Sandwich for two years before working at Eye Q Optometry, where she perfected her Vietnamese. She is a graduate of Cal-State University of Fullerton, majoring in biology and chemistry. Inspired to one day have a career in the medical profession, Yvonne strives to be the best, whether it’s school or working at the Eye Q Office. Between work and school she makes time in her busy schedule to care for her Chihuahuas but don’t call her Chihuahuas pets because she considers them to be her children. Her soft and sweet demeanor makes her the favorite amongst many of our patients.

Our Office
Located at the heart of Garden Grove, this little office has it all with a wide variety of designer frames and contact lenses.
Eye Q Optometry, hands down, is definately best choice when it comes to all around service. The staff here is always delighted to help out our patients in anyway possible. Our motto here is "service with a smile," because service should always come with a smile.
